About a week before, trim the roots to about an inch below the basket. 

Let the water level get low so that the roots could get used to a drier environment. 

Whenever the water light came on, only add about a cup of water to maintain the low level of water. 

When ready to transplant, carefully cut the basket and remove it. 

Pot it into soil using miracle grow indoor potting mix and then gave it a thorough watering.

Keep them all indoors under a grow light for 12 hours a day. 

The first week after transplanting, keep the soil moist by bottom watering the plants every couple days. 

After the first week, water whenever the top couple inches of soil feel dry to the touch

water the plants with water mixed with plant food.
